Eligibility

You may receive a full refund or store credit for most tour packages under the following cancellation conditions:

Conditions

Cancellation By Customer:

Full Refund: Cancellation request must be received no later than 48 hours before scheduled flight.
- 48 hours means 48 hours. It does not mean 47 hours or less but still 2 calendar days away.
- Example: If your scheduled flight is 3pm on January 3rd, the customer cancellation must be received by 3pm on January 1st, to receive full refund.
Partial Refund (50%): Cancellation request must be received no later than 24 hours before scheduled flight.
- 24 hours means 24 hours. It does not mean 23 hours or less but still 1 calendar day away.
- Example: If your scheduled flight is 3pm on January 3rd, the customer cancellation must be received by 3pm on January 2nd, to receive half refund.
No Refund: If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of scheduled flight time, no refund will be provided, unless Mid Georgia Sky Tours initiates the cancellation.

Cancellation By Mid Georgia Sky Tours

To ensure the highest degree of safety and quality of the customer’s flight experience, there may be rare instances when MGST must cancel a scheduled flight. When this occurs, MGST will offer the customer three options to choose from. Those options are a full refund, store credit or a reschedule date.

Below are the reasons why MGST would need to cancel a scheduled flight.
- Inclement Weather: To include, but not limited to the following: (thunderstorms, cloud bases below 4000, moderate to severe turbulence above 3000ft AGL, moderate precipitation {rain, sleet, snow, mix}, and high/gusty winds above 15knots).
- Aircraft Maintenance: MGST will be required to cancel a scheduled flight if a maintenance issue arises and interferes with scheduled flight.
- Crew Availability: MGST will be required to cancel a scheduled flight if Pilot availability is in conflict.

How to Cancel

Email us at info@midgaskytours.com within the specified time-frame, with your order number and reason for cancellation.

Refund Processing

We'll provide a response and initiate your refund within 24 to 48 hours.
Funds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, customer’s bank dependent.
